Over the years I have been lucky enough to work on some amazing projects that bring the power and benefits of creativity to people who might otherwise miss out.

One such project was working with the Knowledge Exchange team at the Royal College of Music London.

They work with partner organisations to bring the incredible musical skills and knowledge in their conservatoire, and bringing it to bear on the work of other sectors.

We looked at how teaming up early learning practitioners with musicians can embed music into education settings for all children.

We looked at how song writing and theatre can develop the skills, confidence and oracy of young people with Downs Syndrome.
